3. User Account

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

ikaya88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking (via various local banks) and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50. The minimum amount for each withdrawal is also set at RM50. There is no general maximum limit set, however ikaya88 reserves the right to apply specific limits based on the user's VIP level or internal operational decisions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved. This processing time does not include any delays caused by document review requirements or internal compliance procedures.

4.4 Clean Funds

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ikaya88 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, a RM100 bonus will be credited bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500, which must be met before a withdrawal is allowed. For a deposit of RM3,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 is granted, bringing the balance to RM4,700 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must be played through first
• ikaya88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or exploitation
• Promotions may be modified or ended at any time with reasonable notice

5.3 VIP Programme

ikaya88 members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which comprises four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with weekly cashback rates of up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% respectively. Progression between tiers is based on consistent and sustained betting activity on the platform.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Final Results

All game and betting results recorded by the ikaya88 system are final and binding. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the customer support team within 48 hours of the event. The decision of ikaya88 management on any dispute is final.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

ikaya88 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection interruptions or system failures beyond the platform's control. Any unresolved bets at the time of a technical disruption will be settled according to the saved system records.

6.3 Fair Play

7. User Conduct
